found these in it today been through those areas alot never seen them, maybe somethign with gamstop coming soon

This texture looks very similarly to the rank9 tiger emote. I doubt they added rank15 emote and you found it.

But those GameStop logos are something new, I don't remember seeing them before. Or opposite - they are a very old remnant of something unfinished and I just missed them.

Filenames in links can't have spaces, ampersands, interrogations, slashes, etc...
They are reserved for things like sending variables, folders, inquires, etc...

So they are replaced by things like that.
